At Aura Perfume, we take great care in ensuring that every product is packed fresh, safely, and exactly as ordered.
To maintain hygiene and product purity, perfumes fall under non-returnable personal-care items
However, we do offer support in genuine cases as mentioned below.
1. Return Policy
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns once the product is opened or used.
You may request a return only if:
You received the wrong product,
The product was damaged or leaked during transit,
The package is missing items.
Conditions for return approval:
Unboxing video is required (mandatory).
Product must be unused and in original packaging.
Request must be made within 24β48 hours of delivery.
If approved, we will arrange a pickup or ask you to ship it back.
2. Refund Policy
Refunds are issued in the following cases:
Order cancelled before dispatch
Shipment returned to us due to unavailability (COD only)
Approved return cases (wrong/damaged product)
Refund Time:
Online payments: 3β7 working days after inspection
COD: Refund will be provided via bank transfer/UPI once details are shared
Refunds are issued only after the returned product is verified
Note:
No refund will be processed for:
Used products
Products without proof of damage
Fragrance preference issues (liking/disliking the smell)
3. Replacement Policy
If you received a damaged/wrong product and prefer a replacement instead of a refund, we will resend the correct item free of cost once the return is approved.
4. Order Cancellation
Before Dispatch: You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it.
After Dispatch: Orders cannot be cancelled. COD refusal may lead to blocking COD service for future orders
